COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Information/Navigating through COVID-19

Read about the latest measures we’ve taken in preparation for COVID-19 and our continued effort in prioritizing the health and safety of our patients and staff.

Our office is currently following the infection control recommendations established by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in order to ensure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agency's advice using the latest information.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 , we ask for patients to follow additional protocol prior to your appointment.

Answer COVID-19 screening questions when scheduling an appointment
Patients need to be wearing a face mask upon entering the office
Please use hand sanitizer once you are in the waiting room
Be ready to have your temperature and oxygen saturation level checked

In hopes of keeping our office as safe as possible we are disinfecting our rooms from floor to ceiling multiple times a day by “fogging”, with the power of HOCL. HOCL is up to 100 times more powerful than bleach and is a non-toxic, organic hospital grade disinfectant that is commonly used in wound care and eye drops but is also produced by the human immune system to fight infections. This same product is used to disinfect frequently touched surfaces (e.g., door handles, counters).

Taking under consideration certain dental procedures create aerosols, we have introduced new equipment which consist of an aerosol removal and an air filtration system. Staff will also be wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) based on qualifying jobs.

In the meantime, you can be assured safety measures will continue to be our priority. We appreciate your patience and confidence during these unprecedented times.
